Who Is ÇevikSan?
ÇevikSan is a manufacturing and service workshop in Izmir working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Our work comes down to two things: building and keeping things running. From pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder manufacturing to power unit design, from fault diagnosis to a full overhaul, we deliver the motion and force solutions industry needs, all under one roof.
Our workshop is at Mersinli Mah. 2843 Sk. No:15, Konak / İzmir, in the city's industrial heart. That location is a deliberate choice: it lets us reach every industrial district of Izmir quickly and provide genuine on-site service.

Our areas of work complement one another, which gives our customers a single point of contact for everything:
- Manufacturing: Pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders, pistons and hydraulic power units in standard and custom sizes.
- Repair and overhaul: Lasting fixes for cylinder, piston, pump, valve and power unit faults.
- On-site service: Fault diagnosis and response anywhere in Izmir, handled by our own field team.
- Material supply: Chrome-plated shafts, honed tubes and sealing components.
- Special-purpose machines: Solutions built for a specific need — such as our pneumatic ceramic cluster breaking machine.
- Scheduled maintenance: Planned inspection programmes that prevent unplanned downtime.

How Working With Us Works
- Call or message us: Tell us the problem or what you need. If it can be assessed over the phone, we'll do that right away.
- Survey: If needed, we carry out a free on-site inspection anywhere in Izmir.
- Diagnosis and quote: After teardown and measurement, the work required and the cost are stated clearly.
- Approval: The decision is yours. If you don't approve, your part is collected and returned — we don't charge for the diagnosis.
- The work: Carried out in our workshop or on-site; you can get an update at any stage.
- Testing and delivery: The part is tested before delivery; on-site installation is available on request.
- Afterwards: We share the root cause and our recommendations, and can plan scheduled maintenance if needed.
