WhatsApp: The Easiest Way
A few photos are usually enough for an initial assessment. Sending us the following makes things much easier for both of us:
- A photo of the part: The cylinder, piston, power unit or the faulty area — from a few different angles.
- Nameplate / label: A close-up shot if there's a size or model number on it.
- Basic measurements: Diameter and length taken with calipers, even rough figures help.
- A short description: What's wrong? Is it leaking, running slow, or has it lost force?
- What machine it's on: Which machine, and what does it do?
With this information we can usually give an initial assessment and rough price range the same day. A firm quote requires removing and measuring the part.
Our Workshop & Location
Our workshop is at Mersinli Mah. 2843 Sk. No:15, Konak / İzmir, in the Mersinli industrial area of the Konak district. This central location lets us reach every industrial district of Izmir quickly.
You're welcome to bring your part straight to our workshop. For large or immovable equipment, our team comes to you — we manage the teardown and transport.

Our repair, overhaul and manufacturing services are focused on Izmir and the surrounding region. Areas we serve regularly:

Why just Izmir? Because a large part of what we do is on-site inspection, fast response and after-sales support — all three depend on being close by. Support given from a distance doesn't meet the needs of a business whose machine is down.
Emergencies
For a business with a stopped line, every hour is lost production. We prioritise urgent jobs: when you call, let us know it's urgent so we can plan accordingly. Where possible, we respond the same day.
It helps to have these ready before you call: the machine's name and function, when the fault started, the symptoms, and a photo of the part if possible. This speeds up our initial assessment.
