Both systems produce linear motion and force, but they suit different jobs. Since we
manufacture and service both, we have no reason to steer you toward one over the other — we
recommend whichever fits your application.

Early Diagnosis
Warning Signs: What Is Your Machine Telling You?
Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment rarely fails without warning; it signals first. Reading
those signals early is the difference between a small service and a major shutdown.
Leak (air or oil)
A hissing sound, oil traces on the rod, drips on the floor — the clearest sign of a worn seal or surface.
Loss of force
Can't do the same job at the same pressure any more; usually an internal leak or a worn pump.
Slowing down
Cycle times getting longer; caused by lost flow, contaminated oil or air, or a clogged filter.
Jerky, uneven motion
Air, contamination or worn bearings in the system.
Slipping under load
A serious safety risk on lifting equipment; usually means an internal leak past the piston seal.
Overheating
Shortens the life of oil and seals; the system is telling you something is wrong.
Unusual noise
A dull rumble usually means cavitation; a sharp whistle points to a restriction.
Repeat failures
The problem may not be wear at all — it could be a sizing or installation issue.
Continuing to run with one of these symptoms usually multiplies the eventual repair cost: a
scratched rod only needs a new seal — left unattended, it takes the tube with it.

Why You Shouldn't Put Off Fixing Leaks
Both compressed air and hydraulic oil are among the most expensive resources in a plant. A
leak means your compressor or pump is running for nothing.
Alongside cylinder and power unit service, we also run a leak survey on
your line: hoses, fittings, valves and conditioning units are checked, and the results are
handed back as a prioritised repair list.
Even leaks you can't see cost real money in electricity over a year; the more leaks pile up, the harder the system has to work, non-stop.

Any part that can be measured can have an equivalent manufactured here — with the original
mounting dimensions preserved, so nothing on your machine needs to change.

Is the on-site survey and fault diagnosis really free?
Yes. We come to your machine anywhere in Izmir and diagnose the fault on site, at no charge for the survey itself. A fee only applies to the repair or manufacturing work you actually approve.
Which areas do you serve?
Our repair, overhaul and manufacturing services are focused on Izmir and the surrounding region. Our workshop is in Konak, Mersinli, in the city's industrial heart, and we provide on-site service across every district of Izmir.
Should my cylinder be repaired, or should a new one be made?
That decision becomes clear during the survey. If the wear on the tube bore and rod is limited, an overhaul is usually the more economical route; if the damage has gone further, a new cylinder built to the exact original dimensions gives a longer-lasting result. We quote both options clearly and leave the decision to you.
Do you only repair, or do you manufacture as well?
Both. We manufacture pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, pistons and hydraulic power units in standard and custom sizes, and we repair and overhaul your existing equipment in the same workshop.
I don't have a technical drawing, just the broken part. Is that enough?
More than enough — it's the most common way our jobs start. We strip the part, take every measurement, and manufacture an exact equivalent. No brand, model or drawing is required.
How do I get a quote?
Just reach us by phone or WhatsApp. A photo of the part and a few basic measurements are usually enough for an initial assessment. A firm quote follows once we've removed and measured the part.
